The Operational Excellence Playbook for Corporate Services Providers

How to run proposals, onboarding, billing and client service on one AI-ready platform.

Executive briefing — 2026
CORPORATE SERVICES CLOUD™ Executive briefing · 2026
Executive summary

The short version — readable in ninety seconds.

Corporate services firms grow the expensive way. Every new client brings a proposal drafted by hand, a document pack chased over email, data re-typed from inbox to spreadsheet to invoice — and the default fix has always been more admin headcount. Margin leaks one manual step at a time.

Corporate Services Cloud™ changes the equation. One Salesforce-powered platform runs your entire client lifecycle — proposals, onboarding, documents, billing and service — with AI agents working alongside your team, 24/7.

It arrives tailored to this industry, not adapted to it — a native Salesforce industry vertical: a no-code onboarding builder, WhatsApp-integrated proposals, a branded client portal, bank-account-opening and accounting-automation modules, a UAE-eInvoicing-ready invoicing hub and AgentIQ — three prebuilt AI agents. Deployment is guided end to end, available for every corporate-services jurisdiction globally.

The commercial case is speed: proposals close up to 89% faster, response rates rise 65%, and conversion triples — while onboarding stops consuming the margin it used to.*

*Results reported across Kompetenza deployments — for information purposes only; outcomes vary by firm and process.

Chapter 01 · The problem

Growth shouldn’t require headcount.

Walk one new client through your firm and count the touches. A proposal assembled in Word. A KYC pack chased over three email threads. The same passport uploaded twice. Data re-typed from inbox to spreadsheet to CRM to invoice. No single step is broken — together, they are the most expensive machine you own.

The traditional fix is people. Every wave of growth brings another coordinator, another shared mailbox, another tracker. Costs rise in a straight line with clients; response times rise with them. The firm gets bigger without getting faster.

Corporate Services Cloud™ takes the other route: a platform built specifically for corporate service providers — trust companies, formation specialists, global service groups — with the industry’s workflows and templates already inside, on Salesforce infrastructure.

The strategic point is sharper than cost. Clients now judge providers by experience — how fast the proposal arrives, how effortless onboarding feels, whether they can see status without asking. Firms that industrialise that experience win the file. Firms that don’t will keep losing to whoever answers first.

Chapter 02 · The first bottleneck

Proposals that close up to 89% faster.

Every engagement starts the same way: someone asks for a price. In most firms that request enters a queue — services gathered from three colleagues, pricing checked against last quarter’s sheet, a document formatted by hand. Days pass. The client, meanwhile, is reading the proposal that arrived first.

Corporate Services Cloud™ collapses the queue. Multi-service proposals are assembled in minutes — AI templates, dynamic pricing tables, every service in one document — delivered where clients actually respond: WhatsApp for Business, sent personally or by your AI assistant, end-to-end encrypted.

The follow-up runs itself: delivery confirmed, opens tracked, signature collected digitally. No attachment lost in an inbox, no chasing call. Across deployments: closures up to 89% faster, responses 65% higher, conversion tripled.

Chapter 03 · Onboarding

Onboarding that runs itself.

Onboarding is where corporate services firms win or lose the relationship — and where most of the manual hours hide. Corporate Services Cloud™ turns it into a designed journey: build the customer journey for each service in a few clicks — no technical expertise required — and let the platform carry every file through it.

1
Design — build the journey in clicks
A drag-and-drop process builder designs a custom workflow per service type — without writing a single line of code.
2
Collect — documents arrive by themselves
Automated document requests, secure uploads and intelligent verification — compliance without the chase or the manual review.
3
Self-serve — clients see everything
A branded portal where clients track progress, submit information and message your team in real time. Status calls disappear.
4
Track — milestones move the file
Visual progress indicators and automated notifications keep your team and the client informed at every step — nothing stalls silently.
Onboarding stops being your bottleneck — and becomes the experience clients remember you for.

Chapter 04 · The consolidation

One platform instead of seven.

Most firms don’t decide to run a fragmented stack — they accumulate one. A proposal tool here, an e-signature subscription there, a portal vendor, an invoicing app, spreadsheets holding it all together. Each tool is reasonable. The seams between them are where the hours and the errors live — every hand-off re-typed, every status reconciled by a person.

Consolidation isn’t just cheaper — it’s smarter. When proposals, onboarding, documents, messages and invoices all write to the same client record, your analytics finally describe the whole firm, and AgentIQ’s agents act on complete data instead of fragments. The platform improves with every interaction, because every interaction lands in one place.

Chapter 06 · The legislation

UAE eInvoicing is coming. Arrive already compliant.

The UAE is going fully paperless. Under the Ministry of Finance’s Electronic Invoicing System, invoices and credit notes move to structured electronic formats — issued, transmitted, exchanged and shared digitally, processed automatically. For every firm billing in the UAE, and for every client you administer, this stops being optional. Corporate Services Cloud™ manages it natively — for your firm and as a service you offer.

What the law says
Ministerial Decision No. 243 of 2025
Establishes the Electronic Invoicing System — the designated system for the issuance, transmission, exchange and sharing of invoice and credit-note data, in structured formats that machines can process automatically.
Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023
Modern Technology-based Trade — obligates digital traders to provide customers with detailed digital invoices for purchases made through technological means.
Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017
The VAT law — recognises tax invoices in both written and electronic form, the foundation the eInvoicing programme builds on.
A paperless digital economy Reduced tax gaps & evasion A level playing field for business
What it means for your firm

PDF invoices emailed from an accounting app won’t qualify. Billing must produce structured e-invoices and credit notes that transmit and exchange through the designated system — for you, and for the client entities you administer.

How the platform manages it

The Invoicing & Payment Hub and Accounting Automation issue, transmit and exchange compliant structured e-invoices and credit notes automatically — validated data, an audit-ready archive on every client record, nothing re-keyed.

Compliance becomes a feature of your platform — not a project on your roadmap.
Ready.

Chapter 08 · The roadmap Q4 2026

Next: AI that runs the operation itself.

AgentIQ answers, sells and remembers. The Q4 2026 release goes further: full operational AI — an interconnected system of agents that learns your workflows, then runs them end to end across any system or portal, with or without an API. Show a process once; the platform maps every step, executes it on the next file, and gets sharper with every run. Your team stops doing the typing — and starts approving the work.

Works any portal — API or not Learns from one walkthrough Agents share context Improves with every run
Worked example · Company registration via IFZA — end to end
1
The sale closes. Proposal signed on WhatsApp; Salesforce opens the registration file and the operational AI picks it up instantly.
2
Onboarding runs itself. KYC and incorporation documents are requested, chased, verified and filed through the secure client portal — no human follow-up.
3
The IFZA portal, filled by AI. Shareholder details, business activities and licence package are entered directly into the IFZA portal by the agent — no re-typing, no copy-paste errors.
4
Documentation, managed. Licence, MOA and registration documents are retrieved, validated and stored on the client record — progress visible to the client in the portal, live.
5
Approve and hand over. Your team signs off at defined checkpoints; renewals schedule themselves — every action encrypted, permissioned and on the audit trail.

Chapter 09 · The business case

Proven where it counts.

Global
deployable in every corporate-services jurisdiction — with measurable efficiency gains
All
jurisdictions supported — one rollout, regulated markets included
ROI
a guaranteed-ROI engagement model — the outcome is the deliverable

The economics of platform work are unforgiving in your favour. Every hour not spent chasing documents is a billable hour recovered. Every proposal that closes in days instead of weeks pulls revenue forward. Every status call a portal absorbs is capacity returned to the team. None of it requires new clients — it monetises the operation you already run. And because deployment starts from pre-built industry components rather than a blank Salesforce org, the investment is measured in weeks, not quarters.

What the platform changes

Proposals in minutes. Onboarding without the chase. One record of truth across every service line. AI on every file, around the clock — and a firm that scales without scaling headcount.

What staying manual costs

Days per proposal while competitors answer in hours. Unbilled admin buried in every file. Clients judging your firm by its slowest process — and choosing accordingly.

The real question isn’t what the platform costs. It’s what manual operations cost you every month.

Multi-service journeys — formation, licensing, visas, accounting — coordinated across teams and borders. Milestone tracking keeps every party aligned.

Recurring engagements, renewals and document-heavy deadlines — automated requests remove the January chase for good.

Corporate service groups

Many service lines, one client — a single record, portal and invoice across all of them, with cross-sell finally visible in the data.

Appendix

Questions operators ask.

Do we replace our current systems?

Yes — and you’ll be glad you did. Corporate Services Cloud becomes your CRM, and our expert team takes care of it all: full data migration, setup, reporting and workflows — rebuilt better than you had them. ERP and other systems connect via Kompetenza Hub.

How long until we’re live?

Guided end to end, starting from pre-built industry components — not a blank build. Scope and timeline are confirmed at discovery (see page 15).

Do we need technical staff?

No. Onboarding journeys and workflows are designed in a drag-and-drop process builder — your own team builds and changes them, without writing code.

What do clients actually see?

A branded portal: live progress, secure document uploads and real-time messaging with your team. Fewer status calls, a visibly better experience.

Is WhatsApp appropriate for business?

It’s WhatsApp for Business, integrated into the platform and end-to-end encrypted — proposals sent personally or by your AI assistant, with delivery tracking and digital signatures.

What exactly is AgentIQ?

Three prebuilt AI agents — service, sales development and knowledge — working natively inside your platform, 24/7, improving with every interaction (see page 10).

What results should we expect?

Across Kompetenza deployments: proposals closing up to 89% faster, response rates up 65%, conversion tripled. Your baseline at the demo determines your own case.

Is it only for large firms?

No — and it isn’t only for one market. It’s modular and available for all corporate-services jurisdictions globally: start where margin leaks most, then roll it out as one global CSC and EOR Cloud infrastructure across every office.

Executive summary

The short version — readable in ninety seconds.

Corporate services operations live inside portals. Free-zone applications, registry filings, KYC refreshes, bank submissions, invoice runs — high-stakes, repetitive work that today means a person logging in, re-typing and chasing. It is the most expensive part of every file.

Operational AI replaces the typing, not the judgement. An interconnected system of agents learns your workflows — shown once, or described in plain language — then runs them end to end across any system or portal, with or without an API, pausing at the approval gates your team defines.

It arrives in Q4 2026 as part of Corporate Services Cloud™: the same Salesforce foundation, the same client portal, the same records — with agents working inside them around the clock. Every action is permissioned, encrypted and on the audit trail.

The proof already exists at global scale: the underlying agent platform runs live operations that return over 91,000 hours a month and handle 1,000+ cases automatically — with reconciliation that took 20+ days now done in minutes.*

*Results from the underlying agent platform in production across multiple jurisdictions and workflow types — for information purposes only; your baseline is established at the demo.

Chapter 01 · A new operating standard

Say goodbye to the back-office bottleneck.

Scale
Grow without adding headcount

Deploy as many agents as the work demands. More clients, more filings, more markets — without growing the ops team to match.

Accuracy
Catch everything. Miss nothing.

At volume, human accuracy has limits. Agents surface anomalies, expiring documents and exceptions before they become problems — every run.

Compounding
Operations that improve over time

Every workflow your team runs makes the system smarter. The longer it runs, the more capable the whole operation becomes.

Chapter 03 · How it works

Show it once. Watch it grow.

There is no integration project and no development queue. The people who know the work — your operations team — teach it, approve it and own it.

1
Show it a workflow
Walk through the process once — or describe it in plain language. The platform maps every step, learns your systems and builds the workflow automatically.
2
Review, approve, connect
Your team reviews every step before anything runs, and sets the approval gates. Workflows connect to each other, so agents work as a system — not in isolation.
3
Run it — watch it improve
Agents run end to end, hand off to one another and share context — across Salesforce, the client portal and any external portal, with or without an API.
Works any portal — API or not Learns from one walkthrough Agents share context Improves with every run
Built for ops teams, not developers.

Your operations team records, configures and approves every step directly. If your team can do it manually, an agent can be taught to do it.

Record once — it runs anywhere.

Agents access any system: Salesforce, the client portal, free-zone portals, banking portals, government sites.

Agents work as a system.

Each agent is aware of the others, hands off cleanly and shares context — like your best-run team, not a row of macros.

It compounds.

Static automation breaks when things change. This adapts — building your firm’s institutional knowledge with every run.

The Recurring Revenue Playbook for Corporate Services Providers

How to launch a fully operational Employer of Record business — without building an EOR company.

Executive summary

The short version — readable in ninety seconds.

Corporate services firms sell events. A company is formed, a licence issued, a fee banked — and the transaction ends. Your clients have started buying something else: ongoing outcomes. They want teams on the ground in new markets, often long before they want an entity there.

Employer of Record (EOR) closes that gap — and changes the shape of your revenue. Every employee a client hires through you becomes monthly recurring margin, earned whether or not this month’s pipeline performs.

EOR Cloud CSP™ is a complete, already-built EOR business for corporate services providers: a Salesforce sales and operations platform, Deel’s compliant employment infrastructure in 150+ countries, and Kompetenza’s engineering, training and launch support. You bring the clients. Everything else already exists. Typical time to live: around 30 days.

The commercial case fits on one line: seven average deals cover the platform for a year — and a modest three deals a month ends year one at roughly €126,000 of recurring revenue, around five times the platform cost.*

Chapter 01 · The opportunity

The market has already moved.

Watch how your clients actually expand now. They no longer form a company, wait for licences, open bank accounts and then — months later — hire. They hire first. A sales lead in Riyadh, two engineers in Tallinn, a country manager in Dubai: real teams testing real markets, long before anyone commits to an entity.

The infrastructure making that possible is Employer of Record. A compliant local employer engages the worker on the client’s behalf; the client directs the work; the provider runs contracts, payroll and statutory compliance. What used to require a subsidiary now requires a signature.

The market has noticed. Industry forecasts put global EOR at close to $10 billion by 2030, growing at double-digit rates — driven not by exotic use cases but by the most ordinary one there is: a company that wants one more person in one more country.

For corporate services providers, the strategic point is sharper. Employment is becoming the entry product for international expansion — bought ahead of formation, accounting and visas. Firms that add EOR now will own that client relationship end-to-end. Firms that don’t will keep referring it away, and will watch their referral partners learn to sell formations.

Chapter 02 · The hidden pipeline

Over 35% of entity-formation enquiries are actually EOR enquiries.

Listen to a week of your own enquiries. “Can you help us hire two people in Dubai?” “We need a country manager in Riyadh before we commit to an office.” “Can our developers in Tallinn be employed properly?” These are not formation enquiries. They are employment enquiries wearing formation clothes — and they are more than a third of what comes in.

Today, most firms do one of two things. They say no, and the client quietly finds a provider who says yes. Or they refer the work to an EOR platform, book a one-off referral fee, and hand over the relationship. Every referral trains your client to buy expansion services from someone else. The first hire goes elsewhere; the payroll follows; eventually, so does the entity.

The uncomfortable part: this pipeline is already yours. It sits in four places you already own — your existing customers, your open leads, this week’s enquiries, and years of CRM records noting exactly who asked about hiring abroad and was told no.

Chapter 03 · The model

Expansion first. Entity later.

The old sequence — incorporate, then hire — is inverting. The winning sequence for your clients is expansion first, entity later: put people on the ground through EOR, trade, validate the market, and incorporate when the numbers say so. For you this is not a threat to formation work. It is the funnel that feeds it. Here is the journey one client takes — and what you earn at every stage.

1
Day one — the client needs to hire abroad
No entity, no waiting. Employees are placed through EOR within days, fully compliant. Your recurring margin starts immediately.
2
Months 1–12 — trade and grow
Headcount grows while the market is validated. Every additional hire adds monthly margin — and you hold the relationship.
3
When validated — open the entity
Incorporation finally makes sense — and you are already their expansion partner. The formation fee lands in your core business, perfectly timed.
4
Then repeat
Country two starts the same journey. Payroll and HR often stay with you even after the entity opens.
EOR doesn’t replace entity formation — it usually becomes the first step towards it.

Chapter 04 · The economics

The recurring revenue engine.

A formation fee is earned once. It is good revenue — and then it is gone; January starts at zero. An employee on EOR pays margin every month they remain employed. Sell once in March, and April, May and every month after contribute. Revenue stops being a function of this month’s sales and becomes a function of everything you have ever sold, minus churn.

The unit economics are deliberately simple. At an average €300 of monthly gross margin per employee, the table below is the whole model. The numbers are modest at one employee and transformational at scale — because they stack: new deals add to old deals, headcount inside accounts grows, and churn is naturally low. People stay employed. Thirty-six months in, the two curves are no longer comparable.

Employees on EOR Monthly margin @ €300 avg Annual run-rate
1 €300 €3,600
10 €3,000 €36,000
100 €30,000 €360,000
500 €150,000 €1.8M

Chapter 06 · Launch, training, support

More than technology.

Software alone doesn’t create a business line. EOR Cloud ships with the enablement around it: we provide the technology, infrastructure and training — you focus on client relationships and revenue.

Complete platform & sales training

Your team learns the platform, the proposition and the sales process — how to spot an EOR enquiry, price it and close it. The objective is winning business from week one, not after a quarter of self-study.

Launch & operational support

Onboarding, go-live guidance and operational best practice from the Kompetenza team. We stand the business up with you — configuration, workflows, first quotes — not just hand over logins and wish you luck.

Ongoing expertise as you scale

Partner success reviews, AI enhancements, platform updates and delivery expertise as your book grows. When an unusual case appears, you have specialists behind you — not a ticket queue.

Chapter 07 · The business case

The platform doesn’t need to pay for itself. Seven deals do.

€2,000/mo
basic package — €24,000/yr with every capability included
€3,500/yr
recurring margin per average deal*
7 deals
annual break-even — everything after is margin

Assume nothing heroic — three new deals a month, a pace most established firms can reach from existing enquiries alone. That is 36 deals in year one, or roughly €126,000 of recurring revenue against €24,000 of platform cost — a return of more than five times. And because the revenue recurs, year two starts where year one ended: those 36 deals are still paying before you have sold anything new.

What EOR Cloud costs

From €2,000 a month — less than one back-office support function — with the platform, global employment infrastructure, training and launch support included.

What not having it costs

€126,000 a year left behind. 35% of enquiries referred away. Clients trained to buy expansion elsewhere — and retained by whoever said yes.

The real question isn’t what EOR Cloud costs. It’s what it costs you not to have it.

Chapter 08 · The markets

Where firms like yours are winning.

Dubai Marina skyline Dubai — where employment now leads formation in the most common expansion path
Relative EOR demand by market Illustrative index — for information purposes only
UAE · Dubai 100 Saudi Arabia 82 United Kingdom 74 Estonia 46 Malta 38
United Arab Emirates

Free-zone and mainland structures make Dubai the region’s default landing point. Companies hire country managers and sales teams months before choosing a licence — employment leads formation here.

Saudi Arabia

Vision-2030 programmes are pulling international project teams in at speed. Firms staff up for tenders and delivery long before a local entity is justified.

United Kingdom

Mature, well-served — and still growing. Post-expansion companies routinely outsource payroll and HR after the entity opens, keeping providers in the revenue long after formation.

Estonia

E-residency and a deep Baltic tech talent pool make Estonia a hiring destination in its own right — developers employed compliantly while the product finds its market.

Malta

An EU gateway with English-language administration. Companies test European operations from Malta with small compliant teams before committing to full incorporation.

Volumes shown are an illustrative index of relative EOR employee demand, not measured market data. Your own client base determines where you win first.

Appendix

Questions CEOs ask.

Do I need an EOR licence?

No. Workers are employed through Deel’s established global infrastructure. You operate the client relationship and the commercial layer; the licensed employment machinery already exists.

Who employs the worker?

Deel’s local entity is the legal employer of record. Your client directs the day-to-day work; statutory employment obligations sit with the EOR.

Who invoices the client?

You do. The relationship, the contract and the invoice are yours — the platform prices the deal and produces the quote behind it.

What margin do I set?

Your own. The AI pricing engine recommends market-tested pricing by country; the margin on top is your commercial decision. This document assumes €300 per employee per month as an average.

Does it replace my formation business?

No — it feeds it. Expansion-first clients incorporate once the market is validated, and that formation lands with you, perfectly timed (see page 06).

What if the client later opens an entity?

That is the good outcome. Employees transfer to the new entity, you earn the formation — and payroll, HR and accounting typically stay with you afterwards.

Which CRM do I need?

None in particular. EOR Cloud runs on Salesforce and connects to your existing Salesforce — or to the CRM you currently use — as part of setup.

How fast can my team quote?

Same-day. Once trained, a hiring enquiry becomes a compliant, priced multi-country quote in minutes — which is how the 35% stops being referred away.

CORPORATE SERVICES CLOUD™ The complete playbook · 2026
Appendix · The big questions

Everything you’re wondering — answered.

What exactly is Corporate Services Cloud™?

Your entire firm, engineered. Proposals, onboarding, portal, billing, accounting and AI — one platform built natively on Salesforce for corporate service providers. Not software you assemble — a working operation you switch on, available for all corporate-services jurisdictions globally and deployable as one global CSC + EOR Cloud infrastructure.

How is this different from buying Salesforce ourselves?

Salesforce is the foundation. This is the building. Formation journeys, KYC packs, proposal templates and AgentIQ arrive pre-built. A blank org takes quarters; a tailored vertical takes weeks.

Is AgentIQ just another chatbot?

Chatbots talk. AgentIQ acts. Service, sales and knowledge agents live inside your records — resolving requests at 3am, drafting proposals in any language, and spotting the upsell your team would have missed.

Will AI really run our back office?

It already runs one at global scale — 91,000+ hours returned every month on the underlying platform. From Q4 2026 those agents work your portals: IFZA applications filled, documents chased, invoices reconciled — your team approving at the gates.

Is our client data safe?

Enterprise-grade or nothing. Salesforce security, end-to-end encrypted WhatsApp, role-based access, human approval gates and a full audit trail. Autonomous — never unsupervised.

What about the new UAE eInvoicing law?

Handled before it’s mandatory. Structured e-invoices and credit notes issued and exchanged natively under the Electronic Invoicing System (Ministerial Decision No. 243 of 2025). Compliance as a feature — not a scramble.

How fast can we be live?

Faster than your next planning cycle. A guided launch in four phases on pre-built industry components. Your team ships proposals, not implementation tickets.

Can it grow revenue too — not just save cost?

That’s part three. EOR Cloud CSP™ adds recurring employment revenue on the same platform — proposals closing 89% faster, conversion tripled, and every placed employee paying margin monthly. One family, both engines.
